The product design incorporates a pair of foot straps, a pair of handle grips and a simple pulley system attached to a yoke to create a balanced human-powered mechanism that allows access to the abdomen without engaging the lower back muscles and hip flexors, two muscle groups which are dominant in most exercise disciplines.
